M:  Ham and Potato Soup, rolls

T:   Beef roast in the crock pot, mashed potatoes (from soup leftovers)

W:  Pork Chops, Mac n cheese, Peas

Th:  Chicken and Yellow Rice, Green beans

F:    BBQ pork on buns, Corn

St:   Pork Stir Fry over noodles

Sn:  Chicken Pot Pie, rolls

Remember the last post, about using up/stretching foods?  Well, notice I'm going to stretch tonight's potato soup by using the remainder as mashed potatoes tomorrow night. Unless it's just super watery/broth-y, potato soup with thicken as it stands into, well....mashed potatoes.  Easy!
