For the rest of the week (b/c things have been crazy around here lately)
M: Herbed pork loin in crock pot w/yellow rice and peas
T: Chicken stir fry over noodles
W: Meat loaf and potatoes, green beans, rolls
I also hope to try out the pink lemonade cake mix that's been sitting in my pantry a month now.
I'll top it with cream cheese frosting, as the pink lemonade icing seemed a bit much. I'd rather have
a mix of flavors, kwim?

Thank you for leaving a kind comment on my blog and for adding me to your "blog roll"! That made my day. :) I would love your recipe for herbed pork loin in the crock pot. I am always looking for new ways to use pork loin.
ReplyDeleteYou're most welcome! You have a wonderful blog, and I really enjoy it.
DeleteThe herbed pork loin I use is (mutters, embarrassed) from Walmart. It comes already seasoned, and I can get it for about $5-6.
However, a good recipe to use is from Paula Dean:

B/c a loin has so little fat, you def have to add more liquid, and keep an eye on it, b/c it will go from cooked to dried out quickly. But it is def yummy!
Thank you!
